New Home Construction Services

My husband and I worked closely with Keith and his staff (Morning Star Construction) for almost three years. With Keith's guidance, we purchased a property on North Shore Long Island, demolished the existing house, and rebuilt a home, utilizing the same footprint. We wanted a high-end traditional shingle-style home with an open floor plan, marble and wood floors, many built-in shelves, and detailed moldings. Morning Star Construction was skilled and creative in its ability to build this home.

Keith assisted us with building permits, variances, and certifications. He advised us in our search for our architect, designer, landscapers, and many other specialists. We found Keith to be easy to work with, and extremely patient. His construction men were very respectful and fun to be around. Keith made a demanding project into an exciting stress-free project. The finished home is absolutely gorgeous.

We have had no problems with our house two years later.

Wayne and I both feel very fortunate we found Keith, and highly recommend him to everyone considering a renovation or as we did, a full construction project.
